I like the design. But you need to work on some bugs. The survey is not saved and you loose your data when the iPad is locked.
Keeps crashing on my iPhone
The app wont even open, which means I cannot even give it a fair review. :(
Out of the other apps available, this app was the most user-friendly app. I like the already prepared surveys. 2 thumbs up
