Survey Maker by Loop - Customer Feedback Surveys and Forms App Reviews

I like the design. But you need to work on some bugs. The survey is not saved and you loose your data when the iPad is locked.

Wow. Loop is much faster to set up than paper surveys. Customers are more likely to interact with it than our previous forms. Psyched!

Is it just me or does this only allow 5 fields for data entry? A five field survey??? Needs more....I could use this in 3 weeks, get cracking

This is a very simple app to use. Its simple enough that small businesses could use this. Small businesses care about feedback and getting that feedback early on can prevent the negative feedback hitting Yelp

Just downloaded the app and created a test survey. Easy to configure and use, and syncs to my iPhone perfectly! Pondering all the ways I can use this in the future!

Customer feedback is critical - but we usually only hear from 2 types of customers: really happy or really angry. Most customers, even if theyre satisfied, arent compelled to write a Yelp review days after their experience. Instant feedback lets me hear from the silent majority of customers who never fill out surveys. Since the experience is fresh in their minds, it also means the feedback is much more detailed and concrete.

Great app that is easy to master, aesthetically appealing in design, and highly functional in giving me the quick feedback I need.

Really easy to get a powerful survey up and running quickly. Love publishing to the web and having easy access to the stats.

The reason this app gets 4 stars and not 5, is because we can not have more than 10 questions per survey. If we can get the amount of questions up to 20 per survey, then I will give the app 6 stars.

Nice app. The limited number of questions makes its uses far too limiting. I would even be willing to buy the app if the number of questions and response choices were unlimited.

This app is great, easy to set up and does what it needs to do. The only complaint I have is that the questions have to be very short or they cannot be seen on the screen, only part of the question is visible when you "play". Also, the inability to do a carriage return to add a second line is limiting. Hopefully these are easy fixes because the program is good overrall.

I just started using this app for school use to survey teachers. I have created 2 surveys. Both collected data wonderfully and I love the export feature and simplicity. Unfortunately, one survey report graphed while the other did not. I cant figure out why.

I absolutely love this app. It is easy to use, works seamlessly from iPhone to iPad to web browser. My only complaint is I am really interested in the pro version but it is very expensive! Im a small business and its out of my league.
