Survey Maker by Loop - Customer Feedback Surveys and Forms App Reviews

IOS 7 design is cool. New feature let me ask questions in one question at a time or rotate to multiple questions mode. The feature i really love is customizable screen with our company logo before launching our survey. Love it. :)

I love the clean design- easy to get feedback from customer in real time.

We run a small business with 5 locations and use this in each store to get instant customer feedback. I cant be everywhere so its fantastic to get the information for every store right on my iPhone. Used to use comment cards before but nobody filled them out or staff would not enter the data. This app automates it. The developers are very responsive too. I asked them for more question types like multi select and video and they are going to do it. Cant wait for the next update.

So far every time Ive gone back to check my survey it locks me out of the app. I enter the password which I know is the correct password, which is not accepted. At this point Im stuck in survey mode and can not get out. Ive been forced to delete the app three times and then reinstall. Once its reinstalled any data that was collected has been deleted. I am running the "pro version" that cost me about $14. At this point Ive missed out on 2 days of leads.

Super clean and easy to use, effective, intuitive, and simple! Love it! Provides wonderful graphs and easy to view statistics!

My survey is no longer recording data. Why?

Slick design and allows for exporting to excel without a costly membership.

Excellent app. Need to be able to title surveys in the free version.

We searched and tried a few apps that were really bad. Guess you get what you pay for. Then we found Loop. Loops team was very responsive and helped us get quickly setup on multiple iPads. Strongly recommend well do business with them again.

I like this app and would love to upgrade to get more features. However, I only get a blank screen on the app or online version when trying to upgrade. Help, please.....I want to pay for more!

Was working great for several months.....then all of my surveys and data were lost. System wont recognize login anymore:(

Incredibly simple to set up, change and modify surveys on the go. We have used it for over six months for many transit & transportation projects to seek stakeholders and public input and it is a fantastic tool. We love this app and value it highly for our business.

I think the ease and accessibility for my users is great! Please allow the upgrades so we can do more with it... Also I went to the pro version I need some code to get in and I cant use it!!! Please fix these issues
